About us

These terms apply to your use of the eco-bl.com website and to any purchase of products or services from Eco Balance Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI728661), 59 Feney Road, Magheralin, BT67 0RF, County Down, Northern Ireland.

Products and pricing

All prices shown on this website are in GBP and are a guide only. VAT (where applicable) and shipping are confirmed at the point of sale or on your invoice. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

Products marked Price on Application (POA) require a site survey or dosing calculation before we can provide an accurate quote.

Orders and payment

Orders placed via Stripe Checkout are processed immediately. Orders placed via email are confirmed when we issue a written acknowledgement. We reserve the right to decline any order.

For card payments, Stripe processes your payment directly and issues a receipt. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery timescales are provided at the point of order. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3 working days. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are quoted separately and vary by order size and destination within the UK and Ireland.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at clem@eco-bl.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Biological products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Consumer cancellation right (B2C): Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive your goods. You may cancel your order within this period for any reason and receive a full refund. This does not apply to custom dosing plans, bespoke orders or perishable biological goods that have been opened.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If products you receive are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Product use

MICROBE-LIFT® products are sold for their stated agricultural, environmental or industrial applications only. Dosing guidance is provided as an illustration — always confirm with us against your specific site conditions. We are not liable for outcomes arising from incorrect application rates.

All products are 100% biological and non-chemical. They are safe for use as directed, but should be stored and handled in accordance with the product label.

All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions and dosing frameworks — is the property of Eco Balance Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute any content without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
