Our goal is to restore the nutrient balance in Lough Neagh and the other lakes and waterways in Ireland and the UK, freeing our water ways of toxic blue/green algae.

Eco Balance was created with a clear end goal: to restore the health of Lough Neagh and, ultimately, every lake and waterbody across Ireland and the UK. We believe clean water should be the norm, not the exception, for communities, wildlife, and future generations.

Waterbody pollution does not begin at the shoreline. Excess nutrients enter rivers and lakes upstream through agricultural slurry, industrial wastewater, and domestic septic systems. At Eco Balance, we focus on the entire nutrient pathway, addressing problems at their source as well as where they accumulate.

Our solution is simple and natural. We use 100% biological products made from carefully selected, naturally occurring microorganisms. These microbes rebalance disrupted ecosystems by accelerating the same processes nature uses to break down nutrients and organic waste without chemicals, without residues, and without harm to fish, wildlife, or the wider environment.
